With education being at the core of everything at the Virginia Aquarium, it felt natural to integrate it into advertising. The Dropping Science campaign was designed to be playful, educational, engaging, and inspiring, while turning people’s heads or making them do a double take. These illustrations were created in collaboration with Otto Design and Marketing, who helped develop the witty headlines that paired humor with the scientific facts to bring the campaign to life.
